1. Why did you choose GCSE
Media Studies?
I chose media because since it was something
different to what I have done before.
2. Which part of the course
are you looking forward to most?
I am looking forward to designing a magazine
cover and learning to use Photoshop properly. I also want to develop my skills further to make my better.
3. What knowledge and skills
do you hope to learn in Media?
I would want to learn how to use new software
and see something that I have created myself.
4. What grade are you
realistically hoping to achieve in Media?
The grade that I want is an A. I know that this
will require a lot of effort but I am willing to put that effort in to get the
grade I want.
5. What was the last TV
programme or film you watched?
This TV programme that I last saw was South
Park.
6. Why do you think that TV
programme or film appealed to an audience?
I think that South Park can appeal to the
audience through the uses of both humour and serious lessons.
7. What technology have you
used to access the media in the last 24 hours? (Radio, TV, phone etc.)
I use my phone to access all of the NFL news
from the New York Giants.
8. What device do you use
most to access the media?
I use my iPhone the most to access news for my favourite teams.

story?
The main story on the BBC news website is:
Phone-hacking jury considers final verdicts. The former News of the world
editor has been found guilty of trying to hack into people’s phone and now they
are going to decide his punishment.
10. What is the main news
story on the Guardian website (guardian.co.uk) currently? Why do you think it is
the main story?
The main story on the Guardian is the incident
of Luis Suarez biting a player for the third time and he could face a two year
ban maximum. He bit an Italian player during a game and this isn’t the first
time that this has happened.
